What types of canvas wall art do you offer?

ALVERUNE offers curated canvas wall art across abstract, landscape, botanical, floral, coastal, minimalist, seasonal, holiday, and Christian-inspired collections.

What frame styles are available?

Current frame styles include Wrapped Canvas, Black Frame, Wood Grain Gold Frame, and Vintage Gold Frame.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes depend on the artwork orientation. Each product page lists the exact size options for that design.

Is mounting hardware included?

Mounting hardware and installation details, when applicable, are shown on the individual product page.

Where do you ship?

We offer free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not currently supported. If a specific delivery address cannot be serviced by our available fulfillment or shipping methods, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends begin processing on the next business day. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for eligible addresses. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production or processing.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

How do returns and refunds work?

Our wall art is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or frame selection, personal preference, décor fit, or other non-defective reasons, except where required by applicable law.
